HTC Snap is a new decent compact looking business phone. It operates on Windows Mobile® Professional 6.1 Operating System and furnished with highly impressive keyboard and a great number of unique features. The 3G smartphone contains large 2.4 inches TFT LCD screen with LED Back Light and full QWERTY keyboard that supports 65k colors at 320 x 240 Pixels resolution. Beneath the screen you will find navigational ball, as well as some shortcut keys. It overall measures 116.5 x 61.5 x 12 mm and weighing 120 grams.

The HTC Snap sports 2 MP camera, so you will not have to miss your beautiful moments. And the Video Player supports WMV, ASF, MP4, 3GP, AVI, 3G2 & M4V video formats. Stay in touch with close ones is now easy with the help of SMS, MMS, Email, Instant Messaging. HTC Snap comes with Music Player that is capable to playback in MP3, WMA, MIDI, WAV, AAC, AAC+, eAAC+, AMR, QCP & AWB file formats. Downloadable games and Polyphonic & MP3 ringtones are also merged.

HTC Snap is a classic looking 3G enabled mobile phone which comes in bar shaped casing and loaded with various usable features. Its QWERTY keyboard is perfectly easy to use typing quickly. The 2.4 inches screen has a clear & colourful display which is lit up perfectly by screen’s LED back light. It has a resolution of 320 by 240 pixels & is a LCD type TFT display which provides a crystal clear viewing experience. But overall screen is bit small for web browsing.

The dedicated button labeled “Inner Circle” is the exclusive feature of HTC Snap that helps to prioritize emails and messages when pressed received from a predetermined group of contacts to the top of your inbox so that you can address the most important messages first.

HTC Snap comes with 2 mega pixel camera with fixed focus but it could have something better than this to enhance its photo capturing and video recording performance. Though HTC Snap is incorporated with Document viewer so users can view their documents in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, PDF file formats but unfortunately can’t edit as HTC Snap lacks document editor. High speed 3G HSDPA internet connectivity makes web browsing fast and fun on the device.

Music fans can enjoy their favorite music by using built-in music player which is capable to playback music in MP3, WMA, MIDI, WAV, AAC, AAC+, eAAC+, AMR, QCP & AWB audio formats however there is no FM radio available on HTC Snap.

HTC Snap introduces GPS navigation feature that supports Google Maps which allows the users to view direction & locations on a map view.

Good points: QWERT keyboard, 3G HSDPA, Great Inner Circle feature, Document viewer, Music player, Outstanding battery life

Bad points: Small screen for web browsing, no Document editor, Poor quality camera, No FM radio, Lack of 3.5mm headphone jack.
